We ordered boudin on a bun and pull pork fries with nacho cheese, it was outstanding food and a great value for our money. We were told up front that the fries would take 12 minutes. They did but was so fresh and hot. My hubby and I really enjoyed our lunch in the park, great food and sunshine.

I ordered a cotton candy and bubble gum snowball with cheesecake chunks and a red velvet one with cheesecake chunks. Best snowballs ever . Long line but was well worth the wait

I would be remiss if I did not share my experience with you all. Knowing that I wanted more than just something quick, I dutifully called my order in ahead of time and was given a 15 minute wait time. Perfect, I'll be there in 15. Driving up and getting my order was quick and all things positive. But what has stayed with me was the most visceral and cosmic experience in my life! Being a curious customer, I tend to try something new anywhere I go. Today, the day my life changed forever, I ordered a strawberry Red Bull slush, boudin grill cheese, and tots. One might be thinking, how is this life changing? I took one sip of the sweet and slushy concoction and my world went from gray to technicolor. It was perfect! Not too sweet but so refreshing! I saw stars I tell you, stars! And I think to myself, there is no way anything could top this, in which I am here to also say I was quite wrong. The first bite into that buttery, melty, savory boudin grilled cheese and I was elevated into Cajun Heaven. I could hear the Zydeco playing and my Granny whispering from the grave, "You've made it, sha!" RIP Alberta, she was a real one. The cheese pull was just the icing on the proverbial King Cake. But I digress, to say this meal was nothing short of poetry would be a lie. My arteries may hate me, but my taste buds will never know flavor town quite like this again. Unless I go back for seconds which I am now inclined to do.

Oh my God, the bread is the size of a regular hotdog bun, but it’s French bread. That is very hard to find because everyone else that serves a French bread hotdog dog bun. It’s too big. The chili was on point. The wiener was on point delicious thank you cousin Genie for helping me find this place.
